2. Our initial phone counseling and information packet will reassure you.

Our relocation coordinator will contact you and answer any questions about the area. We will also send one of our comprehensive relocation packets, as well as any additional information that is requested.

3. A relocation specialist begins working to make the move a success.

With your permission, we will ask one of our relocation sales associates to start planning the comprehensive home-finding process.

4. We begin with an overview.

When you are ready to house hunt, our associates will be ready to do an overview tour and then show specific properties which meet your requirements and price limitations.

5. Our preparation saves you money.

By doing our homework, we can assure you that house hunting tips are productive.

6. Financing problems will be solved up front.

Using our mortgage loan expertise, you will be able to compare different mortgage programs, select appropriate financing, and be qualified before house hunting with loan pre-approval.

7. You know what's happening.

Our Relocation Department will keep you up-to-date with status reports, so that you are aware of your progress in relocating.

8. What about the cost?
